About Pei and Pals Animal Rescue Inc
Pei and Pals Animal Rescue (PPAR) is a collaborative effort between Precious Paws Animal Rescue and Shar Pei Rescue Qld. Our shared vision is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need from regional areas and at-risk communities.
A commitment to saving the lives of pound and “at risk” dogs in the community. Dogs from remote communities with no rescue options, dogs with heartworm, a curable but expensive diagnosis, dogs with other illnesses or injuries or life-threatening challenges. These dogs are the ones we seek to help.
This passion lives on today and as a result many, many dogs otherwise destined to be euthanised are alive and well living as part of their new family.
As a not-for-profit charity, PPAR rely heavily on the commitment of our supporters to continue to fund our rescue activities, and our adoption fees fund the next pound dog rescue.
Our rescue dogs aren’t broken or damaged, they have just experienced more in life than others. They have stories we wish they could tell. But they can't and PPAR is their path to a new life. Please help us to help them.
Precious Paws Animal Rescue was founded in 2016 by dedicated volunteers passionate about ethical rehoming practices. Shar Pei Rescue Qld was formed in 2023 and is driven to help the Shar Pei breed which faces unique challenges.
Together, we’re committed to making a difference in the lives of these deserving dogs.
