About

We are dedicated to the rescue, rehoming and rehabilitation of dogs from pounds and shelters that are at high risk of euthanasia.
We believe in transparency with our supporters, volunteers, adopters and the general public. We're here to save the dogs and put an end to irresponsible pet ownership through education and support to the general public.
We ensure all dogs and puppies are adopted out of our organisation with full vetting (C5, microchip, desexed, wormed and flea and tick treated).

Adoption details

Please go to our website to complete an adoption application form for this dog. www.soulmates4lifedogrescue.com.au/adopt/apply
Filling out an adoption application does not commit you to adopting a dog.
Once we receive your application we will put you in contact with the dog's foster carer to have a chat about the dog and whether it is the right fit for your family. The carer will then arrange a meet and greet with you and your potential new dog.
A volunteer from our rescue will also contact you to arrange a home inspection to make sure the home and yard is safe and secure. If all goes well, the dog will go on a 21 day trial to make sure that they dog fits into your lifestyle. And then you will live happily furever after.
Please note that there is no trial period for puppies, only for adult dogs over the age of 6 months.

  • Jeff

Australian Cattle Dog x Kelpie Mix

    Looking for love

Jeff has recently entered foster care and is settling in really well. This handsome man has had a bit of a rough start but his lovable personality is shining through and he is showing just how smart he is. His foster dad reports that he is a super snuggler and he loves to sleep on the couch. He is house trained and hasn't had any accidents in the house. He loves to go for walks on the lead but can be a bit vary of new people and other dogs when they approach him when he is on the lead. He is still learning and will continue his work on walking on the lead and meeting other dogs whilst out. Once he warms up to you is is a total snuggler and loves to chill with you or play with his toys. He is starting to learn to play ball and is getting very good at it. Can you offer Jeff a home where he can keep learning and show you how much of a good cuddler he is?
