little pocket rocket
Cindy has so much energy, always looking for food and always up for a play, whether it is with you or another cat, or even the choice of cat toys available - she will always find something to amuse herself. She is called Cindy as she has a little beauty spot just like Cindy Crawford. Background: Cindy was found dodging cars on a busy road in Bankstown. She is a friendly little kitten and immediately started purring when she was found. The fact that a 2 month old kitten is on the street dodging cars, leaves me to believe that she had been socialised previously by an owner, but dumped and left to fend for herself. The outdoors is no place for a friendly 6 week old kitten left to survive on her wits. Cindy loves to sleep between your legs, on your chest, and especially on your lap. The lap is her favourite place to sleep when you are on your lounge watching tv or reading. If you need to readjust yourself after a while, she will stay on your lap while you do this, or if you need to get up, she will be straight back on once you sit down again. She also loves to play with Polly and Sid and they do enjoy a good rough housing tumble together. She loves to play with tinkle balls, ties on your pants, recycled paper litter and is always following you about. Cindy is very outgoing and would be great playing with gentle children. Cindy is a very affectionate kitten and is a fan of human laps and cuddles and nuzzling against you. If you are on Facebook, here is Cindy having a little nibble while on my lap: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1583489535035176/ you can see her loving a good play with her Ernie toy... poor Ernie... https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1374489092601889/?autoplay_reason=all_page_organic_allowed&video_container_type=0&video_creator_product_type=2&app_id=2392950137&live_video_guests=0 And here is the gorgeous sound of her motorised purr. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI1kNt08uVo&t=44s Cindy's adoption fee includes Desex Microchip 1st and 2nd Vaccination.

Blue & cream purr machine
Twiggy!! Blue and cream dilute calico. She's a mod, she's a mod, she's mod. yeah yeah yeah yeah!! I named this girl Twiggy after the 1960s model that had a mod style Twiggy has high white boots markings on her hind legs and white gloves on her front paws. She follows the mod fashion style with white boots - as was the fashion in the 1960s. Twiggy's colouring is like a tortie or calico (as she has quite a bit of white) but it's a dilute colour. Having grey on her fur instead of black as the tortie or calico coats normally do. The ginger bits are also a lighter shade, more like a peach/cream colour instead of bold ginger. So we could say she is a 'Dilute Tortie or Dilute Calico'. Twiggy is part of a litter of 4 kittens. She has two sisters and one brother. Her mum was rescued while still pregnant, which meant that Twiggy was able to grow up safely inside. She was protected indoors with her mum getting the food she needed to feed her babies until Twiggy was able to start eating solids. This gave her and her littermates the means to be able to grow up being used to humans and patted and weighed every day to make sure she was growing well. She was given a chance in life to become a friendly little kitten and the making of a great pet. If a kitten doesn't get the exposure to humans before the age of 3 months old, they will become very timid and not trusting of people - which happens a lot in the local neighbourhood in Bankstown. Twiggy is a little bit more quieter than the her littermates and loves to be held like a baby, cradled in your arms when she is in a sleepy mood. She gazes directly into your eyes and it feels like she is looking into your soul. This little girl will grow up to adore her owner and once she is settled into your home, I'm sure she will be so easy to fall in love with when she looks at your with her big beautiful eyes. When she is in play mode, she won't sit still or stay still when you want a cuddle, as her and her littermates attention spans are focused on the cat toys they are playing with or want to chase each other. Twiggy is available to be adopted with another kitten or cat so she has company. If you already have another cat, she would be a good companion, or you can adopt her with one of her sisters. If you are on facebook, here is a video of Twiggy playing with her littermates: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1705822836135178/ Here is Twiggy at 6 weeks of age: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1695366277180834/ Here she is enjoying her dinner: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1700866626630799/ Twiggy's adoption fee covers the cost of desexing, vaccination and microchip. Twiggy also has 3 siblings who are available for adoption and I have some other beautiful older cats also available to adopt. finger grabber affection
Imelda was named after Imelda Marcos once I noticed her obsession with playing with shoelaces. Imelda is a very affectionate kitten. Every morning I find her on my stomach purring away while she waits for me to wake up and feed her. Imelda is part of a litter of 4 kittens. She has two sisters and one brother. Her mum was rescued while still pregnant, which meant that Imelda was able to grow up safely inside. She was protected indoors with her mum getting the food she needed to feed her babies until Imelda was able to start eating solids. Imelda loves to play with her sisters and with Cindy, and she gets quite excited with inexpensive toys like the plastic strip you cut off the top of the cat biscuit bag. She loves to play with your hands and fingers as well, and loves a little finger nibble. If you take your finger away, she will grab it and pull it back so she can gently chew a bit more. She is a calico cat, with mostly white on her coat. Her patches of colour are ginger and light grey patches with tabby striping in the colour patches. Imelda is available to be adopted with another kitten or cat so she has company. If you already have another cat, she would be a good companion, or you can adopt her with one of her sisters If you are on facebook, here is a video of Imelda playing with her littermates: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1705822836135178/ Here is Imelda at at 6 weeks of age:https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1695387933845335/ Here she is enjoying her dinner: https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1700866626630799/ Imelda's adoption fee covers the cost of desexing, vaccination and microchip. Looking for love
"hold me closer, Tiny Dancer" She is a pretty tortoiseshell who has been rescued from the streets - where she was always on the lookout for a feed around the neighbourhood. She has a compact little figure, hence the name Tiny Dancer, and sits so pretty as she arches her neck and back as she laps up your pats. Elton John's lyrics to the song Tiny Dancer are very befitting to this little lady: "Pretty eyed, pirate smile, you'll marry a music man Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand And now she's in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand" "I'm waiting for my dinner!" That's how she is every day in one of the photos you see. She will follow you into the kitchen waiting for the food bowl and spoon and then walk in front of you, meowing in great expectations, knowing her dinner is on the way. Endora certainly knows where to go to wait to be served! Such a good little girl. The tip of her slim tail is always on a curl, which makes me think she has Asian breed genes in her. Endora's personality is very much an independent girl. She loves a gentle pat and ear scratch, stretching her neck for you. She is not so much a lap cat though, but is happy to sleep next to you either on the couch or the bed. Her meows are also quite Siamese like and she is very much a talker. If you have other cats, she gets on well with other laid back cats and likes a snuggle with them too. She's not too much of a fan of other cats that like to challenge her, for example chase her around for play time or hassle.. Endora prefers a peaceful home with other peaceful cats. Endora will suit being in home with no children and an owner that is experienced in cat ownership that understands the quirky ways that Asian breed characteristics have. Endora is an indoor cat and uses her litter tray perfectly. She gets in the crazy kitty moods at times and runs around chasing her toys and carrying the feather bird toy like she has made a catch. She gets on well with other cats and cuddles up to her big sisters and wraps her arms around them. Here is a video of Endora enjoying a grooming session with Pierre https://www.facebook.com/helpingthecats/videos/1511835255533938/ Bring out the BBQ chicken and you can't keep her away. Just don't eat it near her or she will try to help herself to your plate :)
