About Bruiser *Adoption Pending*
Can you help bruiser?
he urgently needs a foster carer as although he's in temporary care, he is too bossy for his current foster friend ( a little border collie girl ) so can't stay there :(
this stunner is huge and absolutely gorgeous. He was surrendered to the pound as his owners didn't have secure fencing, so he kept getting out and wandering around town. . As you can imagine he is rather imposing if you don't like big dogs:)
bruisers temporary foster carer thinks the world of him and can't get over how incredibly obedient and well behaved he is! he has obviously had a lot of time spent on his training and has a large repertoire of commands. Bruiser is a really special boy. He is amazingly gentle and loving with people and is a fantastic dog to have around. Bruiser does have some issue with being touched in certain places and because of this needs a person experienced with large dogs who is interested in his rehabilitation. At this stage we are unsure whether his reaction is physical ( we are waiting on the vets advice) or mental and due to abusive treatment in his past. If you are dog savvy and have time to build a rapport with bruiser, we believe he could be a brilliant dog. We are happy tp pass on contact details for behaviourists to any prospective new owner. His current carer has also done extensive research and is able to help with this also. Bruiser really needs a christmas angel. Bruiser had a large rottweiller girl as his previous girlfriend and they were best mates, however he may be best suited to being an only dog at this stage. Bruiser is waiting patiently for his forever home. . Please call if you can help by fostering him until he finds it
