Hairy McClarey - large male guinea pig
Hairy is a gorgeous tricolour abyssinian boar, and was a voluntary surrender - he was kept with two other boars in crowded conditions. Because of crowding, the boys would fight. Hairy came to us as a defensive, bossy boy. He is still a little skittish but now loves a chin scratch and is becoming a lovely, docile fellow.
He would suit a home that wishes to have him desexed and kept with sows or attempts can be made to pair him with another boar of your choice.
Hairy can be adopted using the Australian Cavy Sanctuary adoption process http://www.australiancavysanctuary.com/adopt.htm so please use the application forms found at this address. Or give us a call for more information.
