Ollie - medium male border collie dog

Ollie is a sweet and loving little man that has a pretty rough start to life! He has lots of love to give the right person, but will need a very experienced and understanding handler with a background in animal training to help manage his behaviour. He has a history of tail chasing/spinning and although he is a lot better now, he will need a home that understands his training and behavioural needs and will help him grow into the wonderful dog that he can be! Ollie has a LOT of energy and will need plenty of space to run around and someone who will love to train him further and take him lots of places with them. He will need almost full time supervision in the initial stage of his life with you and a gradual growth towards time alone. You will need an interview with a behaviour staff member before meeting him, as he does not live at the Shelter.
