PetRescue Alerts are the new way for you to be notified when animals that match your search criteria are added to the site.

Simply sign up for a PetRescue Alert and we'll email you to let you know when animals that suit you are added to PetRescue.

This service is free to use, you may unsubscribe at any time, and we will never pass your email address on to other organisations.

Now, animals that are able to be rehomed interstate will automatically show up in searches giving you even more potential adoptees to choose from!

Where an animal is located will be visible in their description, along with contact information for the shelter.

A new facility for 'other' animals is now included to broaden our adoptions from just cats and dogs.

Many farm animals and small pets also end up in rescue, so if you’re looking for a new family member of the bouncing, clucking or mooing kind, then this new feature is for you!

PetRescue's new, improved 'email to a friend' feature makes it even easier to tell your friends if you see a pet that might suit them.

Simply press the envelope icon
(visible at the top right of the every pet listing) to email a pet to someone you know.

You can still print a poster of an animal to stick up around your neighbourhood. Help rescue with a click of your mouse!
