HELPING PAW RESCUE is an independant and self-supporting rescue service. We are affiliated with DABS and use their network of wonderful veterinarians who promote the desexing of pets by making the surgery more affordable. Our main focus is saving dogs and cats on their last day on Death Row in Sydney's kill pounds. But occasionally we do take in pets when their owners have to surrender them due to a change of circumstances. HELPING PAW RESCUE usually has a variety of small dogs on offer (cute little Terrier mixes, Maltese, Silkies, ShihTzu X's, etc). This year we've become more involved in cat rescue and currently have LOTS of lovely kittens of different ages and colours. We particularly love the tricolours (tortoiseshell and white, bluecream and white) and the bicolours (red and white, blue and white, black and white). And also pure white cats, either blue eyed or odd-eyed (one blue, one yellow eye). So please check our listings regularly. Who knows?
