PLEASE NOTE Impounded animals are only available for a FEW DAYS, so if interested contact shire immediately. Saveapet Inc. is an animal welfare charity working with 6 Victorian Wimmera Mallee shires of Ararat (ararat.vic.gov.au), Buloke (Wycheproof)(buloke.vic.gov.au (click on "services")), Hindmarsh (Nhill), Northern Grampians (Stawell) (ngshire.vic.gov.au), West Wimmera (Edenhope) and Yarriambiack (Warracknabeal). Most of our animals are rehomed directly from the shire pounds, meaning they have very limited availability. On rare occasions, some are released to foster carers. However, with almost no carers, any animals listed on shire sites may only be there for a few days. If you are interested in an animal, please make contact immediately. Details of our cats and kittens in foster care are best directed to our carer Jill on 0429 887 048 (a.h. during week please).
