My husband and I specialise in rehoming Border Collies and their crosses. We have worked with a very specialised Border Collie rescue in the UK and now do it here. We are not for profit and any adoption fees usually only cover desexing and not other costs such as heartworm, intestinal worm or flea treatment, microchipping, food, toys, bedding, etc. We work from home and are not a kennel, so sometimes there can be a small waiting period depending on how many dogs we have at home. All dogs are treated as our own and live with us and our cats. All dogs receive full worm and flea treatments and leave us microchipped and desexed. We try to ensure we find the right home and family for the right dog. We want both the family and the dog to live happily ever after. Some of our dogs are special needs so it's very important to find a home that understands their little "quirks". We do this because we believe Border Collies are the best kinds of dogs, and sometimes they are misunderstood. We love the breed and want to help them, especially as they often do not cope well in kennels or pound environments.
