I specialise in rehoming Border Collies and their crosses. I have worked with a very specialised Border Collie rescue in the UK and now do it here. I am not for profit and any adoption fees usually only cover desexing and not other costs such as heartworm, intestinal worm or flea treatment, microchipping, food, toys, bedding, etc. I work from home and am not a kennel, so sometimes there can be a small waiting period depending on how many dogs I have at home. All dogs are treated as my own and live with me and my cats. All dogs receive full worm and flea treatments and leave me microchipped and desexed. I try to ensure I find the right home and family for the right dog. I want both the family and the dog to live happily ever after. Some of my dogs are special needs so it's very important to find a home that understands their little "quirks". I do this because I believe Border Collies are the best kind of dogs, and sometimes they are misunderstood. I love the breed and want to help them, especially as they often do not cope well in kennels or pound environments.
