The volunteers of Husky Rescue have been working to find loving homes for Siberian huskies facing euthanasia in pounds and shelters, almost since the breed began in Australia, several decades ago. We are a not-for-profit group working under the banner of The Siberian Husky Club of NSW, and becuase we focus exclusively on Siberian huskies, we can help answer all the questions you might have about the breed, and help you find the perfect dog to be the next addition to your family. All our foster dogs are available for trial periods, and we offer information and support both before, during and after every adoption to make sure you receive the most reliable, accurate and trustworthy information possible - helping make adoption experience work for both you and the dogs. We are committed to help making responsible and enjoyable husky ownership a reality and were the first group to offer Dr Ian Dunbar's books for free for download at http://training.shcnsw.org.au (with the generous permission of the author) and we now offer free introductory dog training for all Siberian husky owners through our http://leashonlife.shcnsw.org.au course.
