Golden Ark Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehoming Services is a privately owned non-profit Rescue service which has been established since 2004. My husband and I founded this rescue in loving memory of our beloved Golden Retriever and special fur-person, Solomon, whom was lost tragically at nine years of age. Solomon's memory lives on in and with every Goldie we rescue and rehome. Adoption fees are only ever equivalent to the actual costs associated with rescuing, rehabilitation, and various veterinary requirements as they are needed for each dog that is to be placed up for adoption (these fees obviously differ with each dog according to the dog's individual situation, health, age etc and what is required to prepare it for successful adoption). My husband and I thank all those wonderful people around the world who support and donate to their local rescue groups, without you it would be almost impossible to continue to make a difference in the lives of these beautiful fur-people.
