Peiradise - Paradise for rescued Shar Pei started out as an arm of SharPeiRescue but has now branched out on its own. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming shar pei from pounds and also as private surrenders. Rescue dogs are fostered in a home environment and provided with love and training to restore their faith in human kindness and give them another chance at trusting people. The adoption process is: (a) Adoption application (b) Interview (c) Yard check (d) Meet and Greet. This way we reduce the stress of the dogs from meet and greets with homes that may not be suitable for their individual needs. Whilst we prefer our shar pei to be permitted to live inside with their family we do occasionally come across a dog that is more comfortable living outside. I must say though this is a rare event as most do enjoy being close to their family when they are home.
