About Kamala
Kamala is a very sweet little girl who was on death row at a pound between Christmas and New Year last year.
She was a surrender to the pound, for what reason we do not know.
Kamala was named in honour of the new Vice President of the USA , Kamala Harris.
Kamala is a loving girl, who warms up quickly and friendly to humans who offer her treats. She is a brave tabby who doesnt shy away from new people. She loves to play and being brushed and is your typical energetic and neat feline! She is chatty and meows often to her human, she is very careful with her surroundings and only wants to make her human happy. At night, you might find her sleeping on your feet!
Kamala loves her human all to herself, so she might not be happy with the presence of another cat. She would be suitable for kids and teenagers as she likes all attention on her!
Kamala is people orientated and is wary of other cats and can be a bit bossy so may or may not get on with another cat
We have not introduced Kamala to dogs so dont know how she would go.
Kamala does not like loud noises and can be a bit scared of some young children. She needs a fairly quiet environment where she can settle in at her own pace without distractions.
So if you would like a sweet, quiet girl to join your family Kamala may just be the girl you are looking for.
