🐾🤖 MEET BENDER 🤖🐾
Nature
Bender is a purrfect tabby cat; he is slender and sleek, with a gorgeous long tail and the cutest little bent ear. Being the runt of the litter, he is still half the size of a standard cat, even at a year old! So, if you’d like an eternal kitten-cat, Bender fits the bill.
Bender was a flighty, hissy, and spitty kitty when he first came into foster care with his two siblings, but after lots of quality time with his foster humans, he became permanently kitten-eyed and now begs for pats and attention by squirming around his foster mum’s legs and making lots of purmeows. He rolls onto his tummy and closes his eyes in happiness during head pats. Bender loves to play with paper balls and tiny rubber balls, and keeps himself amused for hours. He can still be a bit twitchy and shies away when startled, but once he trusts you, he is YOURS FOREVER!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Bender was raised with two siblings and loved their company. Now he really enjoys playing with his foster humans’ adult cats and is keen to make new cat friends. If you already have a cat, Bender will fit right in. He is wary but curious about the small dog he currently lives with, and is also eager to be friends with his foster family’s pet rabbit. Bender hasn’t met any children yet and might be nervous around energetic young children. As long as the children is his new family aren’t too young and know to be slow and patient with him, he’ll be snuggling up with them in no time!
Likes / Dislikes
Bender loves his back pats, head, and chin scratches. He is a curious cat and wants to meet and be friends with everybody and every animal he encounters. He REALLY loves chasing scrunched up balls of paper and ripping them to shreds. He loves his food treats too – fresh cooked chicken being his favourite. He needs the security of knowing where he can go to be safe, such as a bedroom. Because Bender was an undomesticated kitten for his first few months, he still gets a bit nervous about sudden movements and loud noises. If you keep him in a bedroom for the first couple of weeks and allow him to adjust to you, it will help him anchor himself to his safe place before introducing him to the rest of the house and its inhabitants.
My PURR-fect home would be living with another friendly cat to play with and snuggle up to, and with humans to give lots of pats, scrunched up paper balls to play with, and the occasional treat of cooked chicken!
