About Maggielicious
Maggielicious came into care with CPoM after being handed in to one of our vets for euthanasia. We don't understand why, she's four years old and has a lovely sweet purrsonality. She's a very attractive black & white tuxedo with silky medium length fur. Maggielicious carries her tail around up and curled over like a black flag, and has the cutest ear tufts.
Maggielicious likes to be around her human but not all over them all the time. She would be ideal for lead & harness training as she's very interested in the outside world and is desperate to get out and check out/sniff everything. She gets up on the surfaces for a pat and likes her food but isn't food obsessed. Which means the other cats steal her food a lot of the time as she's too slow to eat it!
If you're looking for a feline companion that likes your company but can be without you during the day, that likes to go for gentle strolls in the evening (with a backpack in case of emergencies) and will enjoy your company and chill on the couch with you in the evening and sleep on the bed... Maggielicious is the girl for you. Are you the human for her?
Maggielicious is a healthy sometimes raw fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #982000405795495, source #RE101165). She is available for adoption right now! Her adoption fee also includes her second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
