About Piper
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
INDOOR/OUTDOOR - NO CHILDREN -- SECURE FENCING - QUIET/PREDICTABLE HOME
Piper is a girl who is affectionate and loving with people that she knows and trusts. She had a litter of puppies when she was only a baby herself and now her babies have all found their forever homes - its finally Pipers turn. Piper takes a while to get to know new people so will need a committed owner who can provide a quiet home environment with a predictable routine. Piper has never known life as a loved family companion so it will take her a while to adjust - patience will be vital. Piper could live with another dog.
We recommend Piper for a quiet home with no children. Piper has very little experience with the outside world and children of any age are likely to be too much for her at this stage.
If you are thinking of adopting a Pit Bull dog/puppy, but may need to move interstate in the future, please be aware that Pit Bull breed dogs are (currently) a restricted breed in some Australian states. Please check with your local council as rules vary from area to area.
Following Government guidelines during the COVID19 Pandemic we are reducing foot traffic at our Shelter. If you are interested in meeting this animal with a view to adoption - please follow this link; http://www.rspca-act.org.au/adoption-appointments and complete an online application.
The adoption fee for Piper is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of her mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
