About Mikki
*In foster care in Summer Hill, Sydney*
Mikki is an affectionate boy who loves giving head-bumps to human and cats! Hooning around the place chasing his toys (especially ones with feathers), and snoozing in his comfy bed when he's tired are some of his other favourite activities. This gorgeous lad doesn't need much at all to live his best life!
Having spent much of his first year fending for himself on the streets, Mikki is extremely curious and smart but also quite timid in nature. He feels safest under the bed or in a cupboard when new people are around, and finds loud noises very scary, so he'll be happiest in a quiet home with a low level of hustle and bustle.
As Mikki is a great escape artist (he's figured out how to open sliding doors!), he'll also need a secure home to keep him safely inside with you.
Like all Maggie's pets, Mikki is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a nice resident cat I can become BFFs with! That would be my dream for sure. If not another kitty, then plenty of toys and lots of interactive playtime with my humans will be essential.
Because of my sensitive nature, I'm also looking for a home that's fairly quiet and serene on a daily basis.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! I'm still very young (and even younger at heart!), and I'm always up for a play if you are :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Loud noises and sudden movements scare me, so a home with cat-loving teenage kids or adults only will suit me best.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love other cats so much and am super-keen to make a feline friend! I haven't met any dogs since coming into foster care.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
