Please note: Panda & Marnie are looking for an adult only home.
Panda and Marnie are beautiful girls ~ happy, bright and outgoing. They love to wrestle and play with each and are closely bonded.
Their start to life was not so great as they missed out on socialization and fun. But, over the past year Panda and Marnie have been getting used to living like normal pets. They have a wonderful temperament with other dogs. Panda has now built up the confidence to say hello to other dogs in the park and will play with the ones she knows. Marnie also loves her walks and is super friendly, but being laid back and just out for the stroll, she would rather seek a pat or a stroke from passers-by. Prepare for lots of “aahhhh” and “aren’t they adorable” attention when you’re out and about with these two. You cannot help but love them!
The girls have come so far in getting used to a normal life, overcoming fears and anxiety. Some of these fears may return for a short period whilst they adjust to a new home; they might be timid to start with and follow you from room to room like shadows. Marnie in particular is still an anxious girl and does not cope with young children, loud noises, or unpredictability.
But with lots of love, lots of encouragement and with a stable routine, they will soon return to the relaxed and simply wonderful girls they are today. Note that these girls are so bonded they would exclude another dog from their activities at home. They have lived with a dog-savvy cat and been fine.
Their current family are devastated that they can no longer keep them as they have come so far with them and are so settled. An adult family who have the time to devote to these girls would be ideal. They need lots of love and lots of encouragement and what you’ll receive in return is pure joy! They are fully house trained, love one or two walks a day at the beach or park. They sleep together in their own bed, next to your bed, snoring happily and loudly.
They love life and now all they need is you!

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
