About Buddy
Good afternoon,
Allow me to introduce myself, I am a senior gentleman searching for a companion/s in life looking to share my twilight years with and spend each and every day together.
At 8 and half years old I am a bit grey around the sides but still very active and fit, always ready for a walk or a swim. I am gentle and sweet with exceptional manners and looking for the same in a companion who has patience and a softer side for a sweet gentleman like myself.
Enjoy spending my days out and about taking in the sights and meeting new people, or spending it relaxing in the pool (I did mention that I love a swim) before finding a lovely soft spot on the couch or bed to curl up and have an afternoon nap.
Whilst I like other dogs I don't really want to live with one, however if you might have an attractive female that wants to be a friend then I might be open to that idea.
I am a general all round great dog looking for companionship and love, I would be suited to a home with bigger kids able to be gentle around an older gent.
If you think you may be the perfect home for me to come and live at then please contact the lovely staff at BARC and arrange a time to come and meet with me.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
