About JetBlack
Jet Black and his sister Phantom were part of our Christmas rescues in 2019.
All four siblings have lovely natures and Jet is a sweet boy, big for his age, something we didn't foresee when he came in as an underweight fragile kitten.
Jet loves to play with his sister Phantom and chase the others in and out but on the whole he has a sort of maturity about him.
He doesn't see many people so is liable to be shy and hesitant. but he is an affectionate boy and with the right people he will blossom into a big smoochy lap cat.
The kind of home that would suit him best is one with the company of another cat. His sister Phantom would be an ideal match. They get on well together and are similar in nature.
Older children would be fine especially if they are keen to play and bond with him.
After a bad beginning in which he suffered malnutrition and Ringworm, starvation and having water thrown at him and his siblings, we are keen to see him have a life of love and care.
Medical notes
Jet has been viral tested along with all other vetwork as is our protocol.
He is negative to FIV and FeLV.
His early months entailed treatment for a really really bad dose of Ringworm (he was covered in them), malnutrition and heavy worm load.
He is now a big cat for his age, a surprising turnaround after his early underweight status.
