About Sid
Sid is one of those dogs that is your true typical greyhound who is just plain old darn lazy. He is placid and lazy (that word again). He needs a home with the quiet life where he can share a piece of toast and snooze out in the shade of a tree for the rest of the day while you do the work in the garden - and he sleeps. He is not a guy who wants to go for daily walks so homebod’s only need to apply.
Ideally, Sid's home life would consist of a retired gent or couple who are keen gardeners that would like to open their home, their heart and the all important lounge, to a gentle giant who will repay you in full by doing not a lot really. With this in mind, he would also suit a working couple who also are home bodies as long as he has a sheltered place to hang while you're at work and you have no intention at all of dragging him out when you get home. Seriously - he isn't going.
Sid needs a full sized backyard in the rare occurrence he feels like a zoom which should last all of about 8 seconds on a good day, so no units or townhouse please.

All of our greyhounds are desexed, vaccinated, heartworm tested and have a full dental before rehoming. They are also lifetime registered in New South Wales once they have settled into their new homes.
****Cats***** - Our regional dogs are not tested with cats due to not having the facility or resources. For that reason, we are unable to place any of our dogs in a cat home. For a cat-friendly greyhound, please contact our head office at gapnsw.com.au to go on the waitlist.
