About George
I'm such a happy, energetic boy!
George is a 1 year old Pit Bull x Mastiff, born on 14 September 2019.
Being a Pitbull x, we take his breed very seriously and although we know that he is a loving boy, CCACF feel that it is important for him to have his breed and temperament assessment completed so his new family can be content in the knowledge that there will be no repercussions in future regarding his breed. Of course he passed with flying colours!
George is a ball of energy who does need some lead training as he is super keen to get out and get on with his walk.
George loves his cuddles and will jump up to get them so will benefit from some training.
George loves fluffy toys and teddy bears and loves carrying them around in his mouth.
George is playful and friendly with other dogs, however is toy possessive, doesn't seem to be interested in cats but appears to be very interested in chickens and rabbits, so a home without these would be best for him.
George adores adores hanging with his humans. He doesn't show signs of separation anxiety but would still be best suited to a home where he was not left alone for long periods of time or where he could tag along at work with you.
While George does not seem to be too bothered by loud noises, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
George is such a happy and affectionate lad, who would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He is so full of love, and would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. George will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
George has received a sponsorship reducing his adoption fee from $800 to $350 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
