About King
Meet King.
King will only be adopted to the most suitable home.
King is a 3yr old retired Greyhound.
King is a very lovely boy with beautiful manners. King, who retired racing 3 months ago has always been treated like a pet, hence why racing never worked out for him. He is a very gentle boy, loves his snuggles with his humans, he gets on great with other dogs however a home with a dog with little energy levels would be ideal.
Unsure how he would be with cats as he has never lived with one.
King has been raised around little kids who he adores. He is house trained and knows how to use the doggy door, does not dig or chew. He must go to a home where he can be inside.
King does have an obsession with toys and will cart them around all day and pile them up on his bed.
As King gets along great with the dogs he lives with, it is recommended that a slow introduction is made with other animals in his new forever home.
King has been desexed, dental just recently done, vaccination, worming and heart worming is all up to date.
King wins the hearts of everyone he meets with his beautiful nature.

Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
