About Lenny
Lenny is one-of-a-kind.
A cattle x koolie boy with one blue and another part blue eye, and an adorable underbite, Lenny has learned to integrate with the host and foster pack and plays with the others in care. He even attends the local working breed catch up group and gets on well with all.
He loves a car ride, a ball game, biting the water coming out of the sprinklers, and most of all he loves his people. He would thrive as an only dog, or perhaps with another friendly dog for company.
The place he loves the most is the beach. He will run up and down catching a ball and going in the surf. He only has eyes for the ball. He is great at the local café.
Lenny is your typical cattle dog larrikin, and he would do well with an experienced owner and quieter environment with regular outings. He will back chat you, he will challenge you, but he will also love you like no other, and be loyal to you. He will warm your heart.
Note: You may have read Lenny’s previous profile in the past, before he had completed his rehab, and thought ‘too challenging’. He has come such a long way in foster care, is not at all the dog he was when he came in, and is looking for a committed owner to take him forward into his new life. He deserves no less.
Medical notes
Healthy boy.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
Our web application form at www.tikianimalrescue.com.au/apply will help guide you through the information required.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate.
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
