JOY by name - JOY by nature.
Joy is a very happy & energetic girl who enjoys life to the full. She is learning to walk calmly on lead and loves being out and about. She greets other dogs and people with a puppy enthusiasm. She is only just 2 years of age and gets a little over excited at times - hence she would not be suited to families with young children.
She shows manners at feed time and waits patiently until the food is prepared and placed ready to eat. Joy sleeps through the night but is keen to get out for her morning walk. She can now handle long flights of stairs both up and down.
Joy is the litter sister of Martha, and also of previously adopted girls Betty (now Luna), Ivy & Suzie. Like all these young ladies she would benefit from a home where consistency and ongoing training can be provided, along with two good walks a day.
All our foster dogs are protected from fleas & ticks with NexGard®, kindly donated by Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.
