About Linus
ONLY APPLICANTS WITH ANOTHER MEDIUM-TO-LARGE, FRIENDLY DOG WILL BE CONSIDERED.
√ child friendly
√ dog friendly
√ cat friendly
* needs a friendly dog buddy
* needs to be allowed inside with the family
Linus is still a puppy so he gets very excited easily and is full of beans. He is very happy to laze in the sun or on the bed with his fur foster sister. He happily follows her around and likes to play.
He also has another fur foster sister who is a cat. She just ignores him and he is unfazed.
Linus at the moment is high energy being a puppy, but he can calm down and relax when need be. He has been enjoying all the cuddles he gets from his foster family and their friends - very spoilt!
He spends his day racing around his foster carers' property which is quite big. He is enjoying the space.
He understands the words 'sit' (although it takes a few goes), 'No', and he will shake paws. He is also learning 'on your bed' by following his fur foster sister.
Being a puppy he is eager to please, but is timid and will cower when approached. His foster family are working with him to ensure he feels safe and loved and in time, he will become more confident.
He prefers to sleep with his fur foster sister - they share a big bed. Both dogs and the cat are fed in the same area, there is still a good distance between the bowls, and he has learnt that his foster sister is boss, but she does not touch his food and is not aggressive to him at all.
Linus would benefit from a decent size property as he seems like he will be a medium to large dog and will need some space to hang out. He is starting to display signs that he would be a very good watch dog too.
Linus is the absolute sweetest boy with super droopy eyes that catch your heart beat every time! He would benefit from being with a person/s who can dedicate time to him. They need to keep in mind he is like a baby and loves loads of attention and cuddles - he lays on his back and waits for rub downs.
He is gentle and funny and a little ditzy which makes him even more special. He has been around smaller children (9 up) and older, and was fantastic and gentle. He is a puppy though and will have sharp little puppy teeth, but with the right training and chew toys, he will be the best boy for anyone's house.
