About Blossom π
This gentle, playful and super cute girl is Blossom, our 16 week old Ridgeback x Mastiff x German Shepherd mix π
She is currently in care with 1 host dog and foster family which includes older children/young adults. She is NOT suited to a home with cats. Blossom is a playful pup who loves the company of both her humans and doggie friends. She's not one to jump up at you (although being a pup, excitement may sometimes get the better of her) or bite at your hands, but does enjoy her own space at times, so would be best with older children (10yrs +) who understand when dogs need their space. She is an active pup, but can also be quite relaxed and calm. She will need plenty of enrichment toys, exercise and mental stimulation to keep her mind busy. Blossom is currently going through the fun teething/chewing age, so everything will be tried and tested!
Blossom is spending most of her time outdoors, and sleeps alongside her little host dog in a cozy bed and kennel under a covered pergola. If she was to be an indoor/outdoor dog, you would need to be prepared to work on toilet training. Blossom LOVES her toys, will sit for her food and has been crate trained during her time in care. Whilst she is learning to recognise her name, Blossom will often pretend she doesn't understand the concept of 'coming when called'.....unless of course, there are treats involved!
We would love to see Blossom find a home where she had the company and guidance of another dog and experienced dog owners. She is very trainable and settled nicely into her foster home. She has the 'Puppy dog eyes' mastered and will win you over in a heartbeat!
At this stage, we think Blossom will be a large dog when fully grown. She will need a medium to large size yard with height appropriate fencing, and a home where she will be treated as part of the family π¨βπ¨βπ§βπ§ππ.
As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Blossom will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised girl.
Blossom has now had all her vet work done, and ready to head off to her forever home. She is located in Wyongah on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
