About Wallace
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS -- MEDICAL NEEDS/SPECIAL DIET -- INDOORS ONLY -- NO OTHER PETS -- ADULTS ONLY/CAT EXPERIENCE
Meet Wallace! Wallace was brought in to the shelter by a concerned member of the public, as he had a massive wound on his neck that was in need to urgent vet treatment. Putting up a solid front of grouchiness, Wallace was almost untouchable... until we realised that he LOVED chin scratches! Once able to handle him a bit more, we discovered that Wallace's scabs and injuries were not from fighting with other animals, but from his fight with the outside world, that's right, Wallace is allergic to the outdoors. Darling Wallace has had to be placed on a special diet of Hills Z/D, and must be an indoor only cat from here on out. His skin is quite sensitive to new things, and Wallace's new family MUST be understanding of his current, and potentially ongoing medical needs. Once Wallace trusts you, he is the chattiest, sweetest boy, and we know that with enough time, love, and (diet appropriate) bribes, he will be the most amazing companion. You will likely need to come in to meet Wallace a few times before committing to adoption, for his sake more than anyones, so if you are interested, please make an adoption booking today!
IMPORTANT: Following Government guidelines during the COVID19 Pandemic we are reducing foot traffic at our Shelter.
