About Pepper
๐๐ PEPPER ๐๐
Meet the sweet and gentle Pepper ๐ฅฐ who is ready to find her furever home ๐
ย
Pepper is such a gorgeous girl of 6 years of age ๐ She is extremely clever and has picked up her basic training very fast when she didnโt even know what โSitโ meant when she arrived.ย She can now wait for her food bowl to be put on the ground before she eats her meals too ๐ย She loves to go for car rides and walks, but can be a bit eager and pulls on the lead which she is working on ๐
ย
Pepper is always happy and loves everyone she meets ๐ She gets on well with the 2 male dogs she currently lives with and has recently met some female dogs that she got on with, as long as they donโt have a dominant personality she get on with everyone ๐ฅฐย She absolutely adores children and currently lives with 3 who love to play with her and she will often jump up onto the trampoline to play with them ๐
ย
She hasnโt shown any interest in jumping fences, but given that she can jump onto a trampoline a 6ft secure fence is a must.ย When she first arrived to us, she did try and dig under the gate but since realising she is safe and loved hasnโt done that again ๐ฅฐ She is crate trained ๐ย
ย
Pepper would do extremely well with a family with kids, another dog and/or someone who is home more often than not ๐ She needs someone willing to continue her basic training with her so she can continue to become the clever girl we all know she can be ๐ She also needs some kind and gentle as it is clear she has been abused previously and occasionally will flinch or move away from certain movements.
Pepper would make a great addition to any family ๐ If you would like to meet Pepper, please message for an application ๐
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
