About Omi
Omi is a sister to Oak, they both came to us as anti-socialised kittens. Omi is still a very shy girl when it comes to human interaction. At this time we are still unsure whether she will be an affectionate or lap cat. Omi will need an owner in a quite home who is patient with her and will give her the space and time to move at her own pace and learn to trust her new human, which could take some time. Omi loves to play, especially with a ping pong ball. She loves to run around with her foster brother and sisters and cause a bit of chaos. She’s definitely the crazy one. Omi loves her dog foster brother. She will lay down on the bed with him at night and loves to go nose to nose with him when he is inside. Omi is microchipped, desexed, wormed and vet checked. She is currently located in Goulburn and is available from the 1st October.
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website).
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s).
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs.
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made.
5. Adoption transaction completed.
