About Comet
Hey there, the name is Comet.
I was surrendered to BARC as my owner was moving away, and I couldn't come. So here I am now looking for a new beginning.
I have lived all my life as an inside cat so my new home will need to make sure that I remain an indoors only boy.
I am ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! I have the chonkiest cheeks and the fluffiest coat and the jiggliest belly, that I just love to roll over and have some belly rubs on!
My coat will require a regular brush to ensure that I am kept looking immaculate!
In my previous home I have lived with other cats, dogs and children which would make me the most perfect addition to your home and family. What d'ya say?
If you think that I could be the purrfect addition to your home and family call BARC on (03) 54412209 to book your essential meet and greet appointment.
Please note that we will not be accepting appointments from stage 4 lock down areas and may not be in a position to respond to all email inquiries.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
