About Max & Pixie
Please note we will only accept a home that will take, and keep, this brother and sister pair together ...forever.
These two treasures are 6 years old and as litter mates they have never been apart . Initially I thought Pixie was the quiet one ! No, no ...Pixie lives up to her name ...a little cheeky and mischievous while Max hangs back and lets Pixie enjoy the shenanigans. Pixie loves a game of fetch and Max is the smoochy boy keeping the bed warm for his sister.
They are chipped as Labrador Retrievers but a cross of some description is apparent (Rottie??Kelpie??Staffy??).
Despite their age they are an energetic pair with gorgeous happy and playful dispositions . Very people friendly. Not surprisingly they go into bat for each other if another dog gets to growly with either of them but they are friendly with other mature and well socialised dogs. Untested with cats .
Max and Pixie are housetrained but will need adjustment if using a doggy door or relying on them to tell you they need to go out . They can be initially hard on lead in the first few minutes of a walk but settle in quickly . They are quiet dogs who only bark at arriving visitors . Recommended for a home with older children only .
Max and Pixie are simply a gorgeous, lovely , mature pair that will instantly add sparkles and joy to any home .
