About Ted ~ 1yr Old Kelpie X (On Trial 26/09/20)
Hi I’m Ted! I’m a 1-year old, male kelpie x, looking for my forever home full of adventure and belly rubs.
I am very energetic, and I absolutely love chasing my foster brothers around the yard when we are playing. I get along well with other dogs in public, but I can get very excited and bark when there are lots of dogs around me. I also love to follow my humans around and cuddle up on the lounge at night. I have a lot of affection to give and will slide my way onto your lap for belly rubs and pats.
Since coming into care I’ve learnt so many new things about the world, but I can still be quite uncertain in some places and getting in the car can be hard, but once I’m in I’m ready for an adventure. My foster mum thinks I’m very clever as I’ve picked up the basics very quickly, but someone who can dedicate time to further training is a must. I am still learning toilet training, but I’m improving every day and with regular breaks outside thee shouldn’t be any accidents. I would be best suited to an active person or family with older children with plenty of time to take me on walks and keep me busy. I haven’t been tested with cats or pocket pets.
For more information about me contact Tessa at tessa.sharp@hotmail.com. I am in foster care in Charlestown, NSW and am available for adoption interstate. If you are interested in adopting me then please fill out the adoption questionnaire here http://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
My adoption fee is $450 and I am desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
