About Katia
Katia is a sweet alpha kitty - full of beans, highly curious, owns her space whole heartedly, and completely unfazed in the face of any disapproving older fellow feline of her antics. Yes, Katia is committed to checking out pretty much everything in her foster abode, there could be something somewhere she doesn't know about yet...and as for another fave pastime, she adores playing with her toys. Often left discarded when another one, like say a stray peg on the floor takes her fancy, for about five seconds happens along. Not a big fan of being picked up at this point, Katia does like a patt and is a smoochbug, purring up a storm. She likes to hang out with her foster mum, and flop down in some spot, for about five minutes and then it's off to the next activity. She likes being indoors but also likes to feel the grass under her paws, and smell the breeze in the garden. Katia doesn't mind other cats, and she can be inclined to have a play with a fellow youngen.
We think Katia would suit a home where she got plenty of attention, and where her impish spirit and independence was appreciated. Couples, singles, families with older children perhaps. Apartment living however would not be her style.
Katia is lifetime registered and this is included in her adoption fee. She is up to date with her flea and worm treatments, and is fully litter trained.
If you would like to enquire further about Katia or to organise to meet her, please phone.
Adoption details
All our cats and kittens have been rescued from various situations, and are living in foster care around Sydney. The animals are vet checked, healthy, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated (1st, 2nd or fully vaccinated), and flea and worm treated. Kittens are adopted from 8 weeks of age. Any kittens adopted at this age, a desexing voucher and follow-up occurs to have the kitten desexed when older which we co-ordinate. We charge a nominal adoption fee to help cover our costs and to assist other cats and kittens in need. People are welcome to meet the cats and kittens if interested. A 2 to 4 week trial adoption period applies on all adoptions and phone and/or visiting support is available if the need arises.
