About Tiger DL2530
Tiger is a beautiful boofhead. At 43kg, he is one big unit, so he is looking for someone experienced with large breed dogs.
Tiger loves running around and playing tug of war, then chilling out in front of the TV with you. You'll need to have the confidence and muscles to walk this big boy, as he's strong on the lead and insists on sniffing everything!
A social and playful boy, Tiger enjoys having a similar sized friend to play with. He doesn't like when dogs get up in his face straight away, but take it easy with slower introductions, and before you know it, he is bouncing around with his new pals.
Not just a pretty face, our Tiger does have some tricks up his sleeve. He already knows cues like sit, stay, wait, shake, lay down... and we're sure he'd love to learn more with you. He's still working on recall, so keep practicing and we're sure you'll master it together!
He can become uncomfortable when people approach him in the car, so you will need to work on this with him, too. Tiger is good with people and was fine around kids 10yrs+. He hasn't been tested with younger kids or cats.
Tiger is a mostly indoor dog, but be warned, he will expect to climb into your bed from time to time. He needs his cuddles!
If you'd love to meet Tiger, email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply.
