About Aphie DL2537
Meet Aphie, short for Aphrodite, who is bound to make you fall in love.
Aphie is the kind of girl who just loves her people, and just wants to be with you all day, every day. Unfortunately this does mean she does have some separation anxiety and so needs someone who is home more often than not and can work with her so she learns that when you do go out, you will come home to her.
When tested, Aphie was good with other dogs, so could go to a home with a male doggy pal, pending meet and greet, or could go on her own. She does tend to get a bit jealous of her food though, so will need to be fed separately. We’ve also been told that you need to keep an eye on your coffee, as she tends to enjoy a bit of a caffeine fix when she gets the opportunity, which is very bad for her health.
Aphie just loves to play, and will really enjoy a good sized yard to run around in. We’ve been told she can run for hours, so will need plenty of exercise. Playing with her flat basketball is one of her favourite things (other than her people), as well as chewing her tough chew toys and a nice meaty bone.
Aphie is not suited to living with children or other animals such as cats.
If Aphie has made you fall in love already, please email dflrescue@gmail.com today for an application form to start your new life together.
