About 2966 - Newt
🌼🌼INTRODUCING NEWT 🌼🌼
Little Newt has had quite the journey to where she is now for a little one-year-old. This chonky little doe-eyed beauty is still slowly learning to trust humans, but has made amazing progress so far since coming into care with Perth Rescue Angels.
She’s bravely gaining confidence eating out in the open with her foster family and tentatively likes to sit near them in the evenings, though has a habit of blocking their view of the TV by plonking herself in front of the screen!
She simply can’t resist the opportunity to play if you wave a wand toy in her direction, so frequent sessions of it is highly encouraged!
Although she may seem aloof and solitary, Newt loves her foster siblings and can sometimes be found sleeping together with them for comfort and warmth.
She would suit a household with older children who are willing to give her the time and space to come out of her shell, and would benefit from the company of other friendly cats. She’s also not fussy with food and will eat both dry biscuits and wet food.
