About Basil
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Basil is a sweet boy he likes attention and is also happy to do his own thing he is an easy care boy and is very chilled. Basil enjoys some lap time to chill out and watch some tv of a night or to jump up on the cat tree and have a snooze Basil is very respectful of my furniture and doesn’t scratch it I often find Basil in our rumpus room on his own just chilling on the lounge
My Ideal Home:
Basil will need an inside home and with Olive would be great as they were surrendered together Basil has always lived with Olive it’s not essential but would be nice
What is Known About My Background:
Basil was surrendered to a rural pound with Olive as their owner was moving and couldn’t find accommodation that allowed pets
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Basil is good with everyone being Dogs cats and teen kids
Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
