About Bailey
Sweet Bailey is a playful, bouncy and affectionate young lady who just hasn’t found her perfect home … yet!
Bailey has a bubbly personality and she is very intelligent. She learns quickly and has boundless potential for the family who will invest in her training. Bailey would excel at dog sports such as agility. She does require some consistent obedience training as she has been in a couple of different homes with different rules to try and follow. She travels quietly in the car, and sleeps in her crate in the laundry at night.
Bailey is friendly and fun with dogs who are polite, though supervised interactions are important as she is only young and still learning. Bailey barks at dogs she doesn’t know and at people going past the home. She is, unfortunately, not suitable to be re-homed with a resident cat as she will chase them. If there are chooks at the new home they must be in a safe yard that she cannot access. If she has a fur sibling, they will need to be tolerant of her puppy-ish enthusiasm and be around the same size as her. Bailey has limited experience with children, and because of her size and energy level small children may accidently be knocked over. The interactions between Bailey and older children would still need to be closely supervised. Bailey is full of beans and a stroll around the block is not going to fulfil her exercise requirements. She will need to be with someone who runs daily and can keep her mind busy when they go out.
Bailey just hasn’t quite found the right place to land. After trying out a few homes that weren’t the best fit, she is ready to fall in love with her forever family. In exchange for consistent training, lots and lots of exercise, interactive toys to keep her clever mind busy and plenty of affection, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal, intelligent and fun girl for the remainder of her life. Win-Win!

http://farmdogz.com.au/adoption-application-form/
3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE FILLING IN OUR ONLINE ADOPTION FORM**.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
