About Loki
In Norse mythology Loki is known as the trickster God, he is not evil, nor is he good, he lived in Asgard even though he was from Jotunheim (the land of the giants). Loki was both cunning and clever and he always came up with new ideas to annoy and bring people in the uttermost embarrassments for own amusements.
SO..... If mischief is your game then look no further than our 6 month old American Staffy Loki for a partner in crime.
This stunning looking boy whilst not being a descendant of giants is going to be big and strong fellow who will require ongoing training to ensure he learns how to behave and not be such a mischievous boy.
Being young and active Loki would be best suited to a younger person/people with a lot of time to put towards his training and enrichment, he would be suited to a home with another well-mannered active medium to large sized dog and children older than 6 accustomed to being around a big solid boisterous. boy.
If you believe you may have just the right home for this boy where he can be loved, enriched and spoilt... sounds just like Valhalla... then please do not hesitate to call the Bendigo Animal Relief Centre on 5441-2209
Please note due to Covid-19 Government restrictions we are unable to facilitate a meet and greet with anyone from Metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong shire or Mitchell shire.
Due to the expected interest in our animals we may not reply to all e-mail inquirer.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
