About Meg DL2508
Meg is a sweet, playful girl looking for her new home.
She is a quiet dog who enjoys being affectionate, but is more than happy sleeping in her bed while you are doing other activities around the house. She is food orientated, which makes her easy to train, plus she loves to play a game of hide and seek with treats.
Meg thrives with both company at home, and enrichment activities to keep her active brain busy. Get creative with new foraging games and puzzles to ward off boredom and help keep her out of mischief! She is happy to spend some time alone at home in a big enough yard to keep exploring.
Meg has been practising socialising with other dogs and has discovered they can be pretty fun, so may suit a home with a friendly male, pending meet. She has also met cats and is pretty good with them! This means she may be able to live with cats too, once introduced.
Meg can be a little nervous at times, so find a nice quiet location and you will have the best time adventuring together; exploring a quiet beach or sniffing her way through a bush walk or run with you. She's even been to the pub, and after some reassurance, she will settle at your feet. She loves having an indoor crate or pen to rest in at home, and will sleep there through the night. She's great in the car, too.
As Meg can nip when excited, she won't be suited to young kids. Meg respects firm boundaries and is yearning for a leader to give her some direction and security. She just wants to do the right thing and would do anything for a pat and some lovin'!
If you're looking for a very loyal buddy to enjoy fun times with, email DFL today to apply for Meg.
