About Stella (on Adoption trial)
Stella is a beautiful 2 yr old Brindle Staffy amputee who lost her back leg in a car accident but that doesn’t stop this little lady from living life to the fullest. Stella has the most wonderful disposition & is the most loving house doggie ever. Stella adores children & her eyes light up when she sees them, she will curl up & lay around with them lapping up the attention. Stella needs to be an only doggie as other dogs make her nervous. This little girl will be more than happy in a home with a yard to run & play & sunbake, a bed indoors & kids to give her plenty of attention. She enjoys her daily walk & enjoys when visitors come over. Stella loves to chase the ball & zooms around the yard fast on three legs. Definitely a people’s dog & we adore her & she deserves the best life from here on in

***Special Update***
Because of the Coronavirus situation we are receiving an unprecedented number of enquiries. We are just a small group of people and are still working hard to get dogs and cats out of pounds and to safety as well as answer enquiries about animals we already have in care. Please be patient with us as we work through the enquiries. Thank you.
If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but are all volunteers, so we thank you for your patience.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
