About Maximus
Adoption Fee: $265
Maximus is a loving and happy little man (not to mention extremely handsome!) in search of his permanent family. He is looking forward to sharing his best cuddles and purrs, and making everyone wonder how they could possibly have lived without him up to now! He is very gentlemanly about using his litter tray, enjoys his food and is sociable with his human and feline companions. Oh - and he is pretty quick at 'catching' his toy mouse! Fostered in a home with school aged children.
Please remember when adopting a young kitten that like any young pet, they require lots of love and attention. They also need a gradual transition to new food to avoid upset tummies, and may occasionally have litter-box accidents while they adjust to a new place and family.
If you think Maximus would be a wonderful addition to your family, apply now!
MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, first F3 vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchip including the transfer of ownership, and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age (see list below).
*This kitten may require further vaccination/s to complete the vaccination course. These will be at the cost of the new owner (not included in the adoption fee).
ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please send through a Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen kitten/cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. Either a meet-and-greet or a contactless collection can then be arranged. Paperwork and payment is organised before meeting your chosen kitten.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of the kitten's vet records out to you.
As this kitten is under 6 months old, one of the following approved vet clinics should be selected to arrange for his/her sterilisation by the age of 6 months. The sterilisation surgery is included in the adoption fee:
Blair Street Veterinary Hospital, Bunbury - 9721 6778
Busselton Veterinary Hospital, Busselton - 9752 1433
Ninth Street Vet Clinic, Harvey - 9729 1915

South Metropolitan TAFE Vet Clinic - Hayman Rd, Bentley (during semester)
