About Maple
Adoption Fee: $265
This adorable little girl is Maple. Maple is an extremely affectionate and playful little girl who has lots of energy and loves to explore. She purrs like a tractor and loves sharing your snacks! Maple is still nervous around dogs, however she is improving so could potentially share a home with a cat friendly, quiet dog. She comes to you when she's called and wants nothing more than someone to snuggle with (which usually turns quickly into a play.)
Maple would love a home with someone to dote on her and love her. Please remember when adopting a young kitten that like any young pet, they require lots of love and attention. They also need a gradual transition to new food to avoid upset tummies, and may occasionally have litter-box accidents while they adjust to a new place and family.
If you are ready to share your home with a young kitten, please apply by filling in the SAFE Bunbury enquiry form.
MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, first F3 vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchip including the transfer of ownership, and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age (see list below).
*This kitten will require 2 further vaccination/s to complete the vaccination course. These will be at the cost of the new owner (not included in the adoption fee) and will be at 12 and 14 weeks of age.
ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please send through a Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen kitten/cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. Either a meet-and-greet or contactless collection can then be arranged. Paperwork and payment is organised before meeting your chosen kitten.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of the kitten's vet records out to you.
As this kitten is under 6 months old, one of the following approved vet clinics should be selected to arrange for her sterilisation by the age of 6 months. The sterilisation surgery is included in the adoption fee:
Blair Street Veterinary Hospital, Bunbury - 9721 6778
Busselton Veterinary Hospital, Busselton - 9752 1433
Ninth Street Vet Clinic, Harvey - 9729 1915

Caryn Vet Hospital, Edgewater
Challenger Vet, Kwinana
Kingsley Veterinary Hospital - 66 Creaney Drive, Kingsley

South Metropolitan TAFE Vet Clinic - Hayman Rd, Bentley (during semester)
