About Red DL2482 & Bear DL2483
Red and Bear are two beautiful boys looking for a home where they can stay together. They can be fostered, or fostered with the view to adopt.
Red is 14 and Bear is 15, but you'd be forgiven for assuming they are younger puppies as they are still active and love to play, especially with their football and soccer ball.
They are very well trained and follow both verbal cues and hand signals. They are house trained and will go outside to toilet (just cheerfully say the magic word, "Piddles!!"). They are also used to being bossed around by a senior cat.
Big gentle boys, they are friendly with people of all ages. Due to their arthritis, they can't go on big walks, but enjoy a wander around. Bear likes to stop and go at his own pace, Red is happy to walk as far as you will take him.
They don't mind spending a bit of time outside in the sun, but otherwise they are happiest to be curled up indoors with you and their teddies.
If you'd love to welcome Red and Bear into your loving home, email DFLrescue@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
Red has sore ears at the moment, and both boys have a bit of arthritis. Bear is a bit overweight, a nice healthy diet and regular gentle exercise/activity should help.
