About Mabel ~ KooliexGermanShepherd pup(On Trial 15/6/20
Mabel is a sweet Koolie x German Shepherd puppy who loves to run and play ball (well she would if she could fit the ball in her mouth).
Mabel currently lives within a family environment with kids and big dogs along with her brothers and sisters. She sleeps inside snuggled with the other puppies so will need to be welcome inside in her forever home. She will be a wonderful family dog.
She’s a very confident puppy and loves to explore the yard with older furry foster friends so a friendly dog in her new home is a must.
Mabel will grow to be a medium size dog. She’s a very clever girl who is already learning to sit and her foster mum thinks she’ll be very easy to train. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Mabel needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You will need good fencing 5-6 ft high with no small gaps, unfortunately rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) is not suitable.
As Mabel is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
Mabel's siblings: Maggie, Raven, Milo and Buster are also available for adoption.
For more information or to meet Mabel, please contact Beth at beths-foster-pups@outlook.com and you can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Mabel's adoption fee is $650 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms. Mabel is in care in Awaba, NSW (south of Newcastle).

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
