About Dotti and Betty
Dotti and Betty are sweet loving little dogs who have been with their previous owners since birth. Unfortunately both owners have had to go into separate levels of care and the little dogs were not allowed to go too. They were lost for a while but have settled nicely and will make wonderful pets in the right home. The can be escapees without proper fencing but they love cuddles and are not noisy or yappy. They are used to sleeping outside and love their dinner. They would probably chase cats but are fine with children over 5. I wish I could keep them but 4 dogs will just be too much! Dotti is Betty's mum and is 7 years old and Betty is 4 and a half. They have been together all the time and an attempt by family to separate them did not go well with the dogs both fretting badly for one another. Please do not apply if you are not prepared to take both dogs and travel to Narrandera NSW to collect them. They are great in the car but don't seem to have very much recall. They just want to be your companions and best friends.
Medical notes
Both in excellent health
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
