About Wally
A special guy, looking for his special family to call his own. Meet Wally! Wally is a Mastiff x born on 14th October, 2019 and is looking forward to finding his forever family.
Wally is a little different to most other dogs as he is deaf and he is looking for a family who are prepared to take some time to learn some training techniques to help him settle in and become a loved family member. He is a smart boy though and is doing so well learning hand signals from our staff.
He can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once he knows you are his friend, his puppy personality comes shining through and he is ready for some love and a game.
Wally likes to make new friends and he gets along well with other dogs of his size and larger. As he is still a big puppy and is learning to navigate his silent world, he can be a little too boisterous for smaller dogs when playing. He does not mind the company of cats and pocket pets and with a proper introduction could be rehomed with cats and pocket pets in residence.
He enjoys being out for a walk, and has very nice lead manners when out with you. He shows no signs of food aggression, however he can show signs of slight seperation anxiety and would be best to have a new home with another dog to keep him company or with a family who do not leave him alone for long periods of time.
Wally has lots of energy and he would suit an active family who are prepared to give him the exercise he needs.
Wally is a such a happy and affectionate guy and an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. He is a stunning boy who would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Wally will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Wally's adoption fee is $600 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. Wally is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.
To enquire more or to meet Wally, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email gosfordpound@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Wally is looking forward to meeting you.

Alternatively, you are welcome to phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
