About Sheldon ** De-sexed **
Meet Sheldon,
Sheldon is one extremely cute and cuddly young boy, He is very relaxed and loves to snuggle with you on the couch while watching Tv. Overall he is just a very cute and happy young man
Sheldon is de-sexed, which means he can be adopted to be housed with another female guinea pig
Sheldon was de-sexed due to his dominant nature towards other male guinea pigs, this made it hard for us to find a male in which he got on with.
Now that he is de-sexed he can be paired with a female guinea pig without risk of them reproducing.
We are looking for a family that already has a female guinea pig to pair with Sheldon as the shelter currently has NOT got any suitable guinea pigs to pair with him.
PLEASE NOTE: Sheldon is used to an indoor-only home so we would like to find him a home with a similar setup to which he is used to, either 100% indoors or with indoors and outdoor supervision time
Sheldon also has very long hair and will need to be housed on absorbent bedding e.g. Wood shavings/fleece/paper kitty litter off the ground for example indoors.
Long-haired guinea pigs should not be housed outdoors on the grass as they are more prone to matting. He will also need his coat brushed/ trimmed and he should have a bath as needed to keep him looking gorgeous and to prevent mats/soiling of his coat as well.
Are you able to give this boy a loving home?
